More than just removing waste

We look beyond simply removing waste. Through market knowledge and an extensive network of processors, transporters and specialists, we help businesses channel their waste into a green, sustainable waste stream. That way we turn residual streams into value and contribute to a circular economy.

We take the entire process off your hands: rules, paperwork and logistics. With one point of contact, clear agreements and an environmentally conscious, legally correct handling. Whether it is a one off collection or a recurring waste stream, we think along and arrange responsible, green processing.

Complex challenges

Complex challenges, practical solutions.

Not every challenge can be solved with a standard solution. The practice examples below show the hands-on experience IAM has built up in recent years within complex projects across waste management, sustainability, logistics, operational management and compliance. From day-to-day operations and international logistics to commercial development and sustainability: these assignments form the practical experience IAM applies today to comparable challenges.

1

Operational management of two waste terminals

For several years IAM ran the day-to-day operations of two waste terminals. During this assignment IAM handled operations, sales, complex compliance matters, permit procedures, waste management and the daily coordination of operational processes. In addition, we worked on the further optimisation of operations.

2

Operational management of a fuel terminal

For several years IAM ran the operational management of a fuel terminal. During this assignment IAM handled operations, compliance, permit procedures, process optimisation and the development and implementation of a five-shift system.

3

European logistics for high-grade recycling of waste oil

IAM handles the commercial development of European volumes of waste oil and coordinates the international logistics chain towards high-grade recycling. The work covers international transport, EVOA/WSR procedures, logistics coordination and aligning collection, transport and high-grade processing within Europe.

4

Commercial development within hazardous waste

IAM handles commercial development within the hazardous-waste sector. The work focuses on market development, relationship management, commercial strategy and further developing sustainable partnerships within the circular economy.

5

Market introduction of sustainable heating and cooling systems

IAM handles the commercial introduction of sustainable solutions for existing heating and cooling systems in the Dutch market. The work focuses on market development, commercial strategy, identifying sustainability opportunities and guiding implementation projects.

How we work

Our way of working

Understand first

Every collaboration starts with a clear picture of the situation. Only then are choices made.

Practically workable

Advice must not only be correct on paper, but above all workable within day-to-day operations.

Collaboration as the starting point

Waste management calls for collaboration between businesses, processors, transporters and other specialists. IAM brings these parties together into one well-organised process.

Continuous development

Laws and regulations, sustainability and market developments change constantly. That is why we keep developing our knowledge, services and working methods.

Why businesses rely on IAM

Trust is built through a way of working that works in practice. That is why we assess every situation individually, advise on the basis of facts and guide businesses throughout the entire process. Not with standard solutions, but with an approach that fits everyday practice.
