The challenge

A client with several sites in the Rotterdam port area collected waste oil continuously, but lacked overview and a fixed handling process. Collections were arranged ad hoc, leading to full storage and varying terms.

We set up a structural collection schedule, matched to the capacity at each site. By bundling the streams and safeguarding quality, we could agree on fixed, transparent terms — including compensation based on volume and purity.
