Advice on tank-container transport

Liquid waste streams in large volumes require the right tank containers, permits and transport knowledge. IAM advises on the permit chain (EVOA/WSR), the right tank container and cross-border documentation — we do not carry out the transport ourselves.

What does tank-container transport involve?

Pumpable and liquid waste streams — from bulk waste oil to chemical residual streams — are transported in tank containers to the right processor. Cross-border transport involves the full permit chain (EVOA/WSR). IAM advises on the route, the permits and the documentation end to end.

Frequently asked questions

Does IAM advise on international tank-container transport?

Yes. We advise on cross-border transport of liquid waste streams: the right permits (EVOA/WSR), suitable tank containers and MARPOL-compliant handling.

Which streams is tank-container transport suitable for?

For liquid and pumpable waste streams such as oil-water mixtures, wastewater and chemical residual streams.

Does IAM advise on the permits for cross-border transport?

Yes, we advise on the entire permit chain (e.g. WSR/EVOA) and MARPOL-compliant handling.

Does IAM advise on the right tank containers?

Yes. We advise on suitable, approved tank containers for your stream and on placement, filling and transport.

Do I receive documentation for the transport?

For the transport the correct accompanying and, for cross-border transport, WSR/EVOA documents are required. We advise you on this, so the chain is demonstrable and audit-proof.
