Regulations on the construction site
Construction and demolition waste has strict rules. Asbestos may only be removed by certified companies and must travel through a closed chain. Tar-containing asphalt and granulate require PAH analysis before the route is set, and on site the main fractions must be separated. IAM organises the disposal routes and accompanying documentation for projects of any size.
Asbestos: closed chain
From survey to disposal a closed, documented chain applies, with certified removers and designated processors.
Separation on site
Rubble, wood, metals and hazardous waste are separated at the source. That lowers processing costs and raises the recycling rate.
PAH analysis for granulate
Tar-containing asphalt and granulate must be analysed for PAHs; the result determines whether thermal treatment is required.
Per project we agree with the site manager which containers and packaging go on site, how hazardous waste stays separated from the ordinary fractions and which documents each removal needs. When asbestos or tar-containing material is released we bring in the right certified partners and guard the chain through to the processing certificate — including across several simultaneous projects.

Where reasonably possible, yes. If source separation is not feasible, post-separation at a sorting facility is possible — we advise what fits each project.
What happens to released rubble?
Clean rubble is crushed into mixed granulate and reused as foundation material in road building and concrete — one of the most circular construction streams.
Can containers be delivered to site quickly?
Yes. After the project intake we schedule placement and exchanges around the build phasing, with short lines to the site manager for extra or earlier swaps.
What does removing construction and demolition waste cost?
The container price depends on size, fraction and contamination level: clean rubble is considerably cheaper than mixed construction waste, and hazardous fractions such as asbestos carry their own rates due to the closed chain. Separating on site saves directly on processing costs. Per project you receive one quote upfront.
