Industrial residual streams

Have industrial residual streams removed

Production and industrial processes generate a wide range of liquid and solid residual streams. IAM collects these industrial residual streams, determines the correct classification and has them responsibly processed — transported ADR-authorised and with watertight documentation.

What are industrial residual streams?

Industrial residual streams cover all residual and waste materials released during production, processing and cleaning processes — from process and rinse water to sludge, filter cake, chemical residues and contaminated liquids. The composition differs per process, which makes classification and processing tailor-made. IAM assesses the stream, determines the correct EURAL code and organises a suitable, compliant processing route.

Which industrial residual streams do we collect?

Process water

Contaminated water from production and industrial processes.

Rinse & cleaning water

Water from cleaning, rinsing and washing processes.

Sludge & filter cake

Sediment, sludge and filter cake from treatment and filter installations.

Chemical residues

Residual batches of chemicals, additives and process liquids.

Contaminated liquids

Liquids contaminated with oil, metals or chemicals.

Solid process residues

Solid residues and contaminated materials from production.

How does it work?

1

Assessment & classification

We assess the composition and determine the correct EURAL code and processing route.

2

Planning & collection

We plan a fixed or one-off collection, coordinated on site.

3

ADR transport & processing

The stream is transported ADR-authorised and processed at certified facilities.

4

Documentation & completion

You receive the full chain and processing documentation, audit-proof.

Regulations & certification

Compliant from collection to processing

The right permits, EURAL classification and watertight paperwork — IAM arranges it end to end, tailored to your process.

Frequently asked questions

What counts as industrial residual streams?

All residual and waste materials released during production, processing and cleaning processes, such as process water, sludge, chemical residues and contaminated liquids.

Are industrial residual streams hazardous waste?

That depends on the composition. Many streams fall under a EURAL code for hazardous waste. We assess the stream and determine the correct classification.

Do I receive documentation on disposal?

Yes, with every collection you receive the correct accompanying waste note, so the chain is demonstrable and audit-proof.

Can multiple residual streams be collected at once?

Yes, we are happy to combine several residual streams in one collection, which is more efficient and often cheaper.
